Oregon is know and located in the Pacific Northwest. Year round we get a tremendous amount of rain fall which counts for a lot of indoor activities and rainy day projects! This project is great for rain because you actually have to place your project in the rain and have the rain do its work on your creation! So next time when you have your rainy day, try this project and it will get the kids excited about staying inside too! Thanks Big and Little Art for sharing project with us!

Supplies:
- Food coloring or liquid watercolor in various colors
- White paper plate or thick watercolor paper
- Rain
Diretions:
1. Drip different colors onto paper.
2. Set outside in the rain, paint will splatter as rain drips onto it
3. Bring inside to dry
4. Create another art project using the colored/tie dyed paper you just made!
