I have made this one pot meal several times in our home and none is ever left over! It it super yummy, quick, and the best part is all is that it is in one pot which means easier clean up .The recipe comes from Campbell’s kitchen and uses a can of their original tomato soup. For another version to cook up this delightful dish, instead of cooking over the stove try baking it in the oven like they did over at RecipesRecipesRecipes

Beef Taco Skillet recipes

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell’s® Condensed Tomato Soup (Regular, Healthy Request® or 25% Less Sodium)
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 6 flour tortilla  (6-inch), cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:

1. Cook the beef in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until it’s well browned, stirring often to separate meat. Pour off any fat.

2. Stir the soup, salsa, water, and tortillas in the skillet and heat to a boil.  Reduce the heat to low.  Cook for 5 minutes.

3. Stir the beef mixture. Top with the cheese.
