Grilled Lemon Dill Salmon

Yield: 2-4 servings –depending on how much you like to eat
Ingredients:
- 1 pound fresh Salmon
- 1 large lemon or 2 mini/small lemons
- 2 sprigs fresh Dill, or 2 teaspoons dried Dill Weed
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon unsalted or sweet cream butter cubed
- 1 sheet of tinfoil
Directions:
1. Wash Salmon under cold water. Pat dry
2. Place Salmon on tin foil sheet Salmon skin side down, Pink side up
3. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste
4. Squeeze 1/2 of large lemon over entire Salmon. If using small lemons, use one to juice over the Salmon
5. Sprinkle dill evenly over entire Salmon. If using sprigs, remove dill from sprig and lay on top of Salmon
6. Take the other half of lemon, slice into rounds and lay on top of Salmon. If using small lemons, slice second lemon into rounds
7. Use cubed butter to layer on top of Salmon
8. Grab all sides of tin foil and close completely with leaving 1-2 inches of room
9. Best if marinade overnight.
10. When ready to serve: Preheat grill to Medium
11. Place Salmon while still in tinfoil on top of grill
12. Grill on Medium heat 8-10 minutes or until firm and bright organgeish color
13. Remove from grill and Serve immediately
