Recycled Trick or Treat Milk Jug

Tweet {3 comments}

Posted in: CraftsOctober 17, 2009

Eveyone has those big hefty empty milk jugs we all like to take out some agression smash so they can fit in the recycle tub. Here is a crafty way to re-use those and let your kids have a little fun with during Halloween!

This idea come from Filth Wizardry, they painted their jugs orange and turned them into jack-o-lanterns! The main supplies for the project is orange paint, you might want to use a waterproof protective top coat if you live in Portland because most likey it will rain.

The purpose for the reused jugs are for well 1, decoration and 2, for the kids to use them as trick or treat bags while trotting around house to house. It has a perfect handle and it sturdy to hold all those sweet treats!

    What a cute, easy, and fun idea! I don’t even have kids, and I’m tempted to do this one to put on my porch for when the kids come by. :-)
