Here is a list I rallied up to find great produce and sweet summer berries in Oregon! Berries are perfect for making jams, spreads, and delectable desserts! Us ladies in the family have been trading Bing Cherries and Raspberries, such a treat to have available in our own backyards. If you have any other Oregon berry or products finds PLEASE comment or email me so we can add to the list!

wow i’m so jealous! i wish we had that all that in our neck of the woods!
I grew up in S.Dakota and my mother visited my oldest
sister in Salem, Oregon at the peak of strawberry
season. We didn’t really have fresh strawberries back
there and she thought she had died and gone to heaven!
A year..and a divorce…later she moved all of us to
Salem for a fresh start…and I do mean fresh!
One of the crispers in our refer was always filled
to the top with fresh strawberries…we just could
not get enough of them. Neither California nor
Chile nor Mexico produce such sweet delightful
strawberries. Too bad our market is dwindling…
we are too dependent upon the weather I guess.
