Button Indian Corn

Nov - 01 2009 | {7 comments}

Indian corn makes a great fall decoration! Use the AllKidsNetwork.com PRINTABLE corn template {HERE} and some decorative buttons to make this fall inspired PreK craft! If your little one is too young to craft with buttons, try finger painting instead!

c

Supplies Needed:

  • Yellow and green construction paper
  • Printable corn template found {HERE}
  • Scissors
  • Tacky Glue
  • Red, orange, yellow, and white buttons in various sizes

Directions:

1. Print our corn template and cut the pieces out. Trace the corn piece onto yellow construction paper, and the husk piece onto green construction paper. Cut both pieces out.
2. Glue the corn piece onto the husk piece.
3. Spread and even layer of white glue onto the corn piece.
4. Place the buttons onto the glue.

    How absolutely corny-button cute! My little guys would love this! I bet you had a great time making that! When I have the chance, I love art projects as much as the boys.

    Thanks for the kind comment you left on my post – you are definitely a must-have in the blogahood!
